An armchair character, with an organic outline, perhaps anthropomorphic, conceived with leather directly fi xed on a fi berglass skeleton. A tribute, to the great Carlo Mollino and to the Danish design of the 50s, led by Starck with impeccable mastery. The Lou Read armchair forms part of the collection for Paris's Royal Monceau hotel, refurbished last October by the designer and the past scene of a chance encounter with Lou Reed.
